There are partnerships, but the disclosure of these is the part that management are getting soooooo very wrong.

Don't believe it'll get to 'penny stock' territory though, that's not that likely at all considering the metrics, positioning, tech, clout, etc. The company is not another useless penny stock, it has legs to stand on.
So whilst I agree with some of your points, it's not going to be a penny stock mate.
