I think they've got until pre market open on Monday to lodge it Chris.
But they still haven't lodged the six-month report which is very late now, but what's the worst that can happen...suspension ? Lol.

Actually they can get delisted (not trying to be a scaremonger btw) if the 6mth report isn't submitted within 12mths of the deadline - but there's a long way to go before that cut-off date.
They'll be very much aware of that anyway.

So, if I were ASIC, and considering they've been bandying the potential of acquisitions, I'd be asking them two main things...
1. Why is the 6mth report late ?
2. Why is there as yet no resolution to the prosecution case with Medcan ?

Furthermore, if I were to be a takeover/acquisition target, I'd probably ask similar questions.
