It reads as now to me, for what it's worth. It highlights BOT being probably the cheapest stock ever pending a near FDA approval, and based on their post-approval assumption of making $100m revenue (i.e. if BOT only sell the same amount of SB as is currently selling in Japan) the share price would be way above 28c at that point, and more likely between 70c and $1.20 if doing $100m revenue.
