It seems pretty clear that securing a long term oxide supply is what is constraining KMP offtakes for the metals. Maybe KMP will move forward with supplies from Vietnam and serve the Korean market. Then ASM position Dubbo and perhaps a Dubbo metals plant (using the KMP template) to serve the other markets, including Europe and the US?
