One should always be wary of HC info and until confirmed by the company or multiple posters in reference to company comments, should not be thought of as fact.
But then imo these are standard BFS/JV issues for such projects.These are not simple high grade shallow digemup copper/zinc jobbies.These are deep narrow viens usually with some faulting to some degree and have a dip angle that makes life that little bit more interesting.
These NKP projects also have limited flat ground for infrastructure so there MAY be some need to come to some form of agreement for surface use of adjacent properties.
Multiple other legal details espc if they are going to go a long term JV that will tie them together by a legal umbilical for 20 years plus.
But then who'd know with what we are fed.Not that Im complaining, but I like you, think there should be a much higher level of transparency/disclosure,something like the Canadians require,would be good!
In the meantime the research and conjectecture makes for a good learning process and confirmation of our somewhat amateur analytical studies:-)
