Really........you have not been to court before.

Judges should be renamed as directors of traffic. Court is unfortunately about giving people opportunity and process. Deadline do not matter a squat.

My personal view (and especially as this is dealing with indigenous people:

1) Late submissions will absolutely be allowed,
2) Talga solicitors will object, and also object against validity,
3) The submissions will be heard (as it gives everyone opportunity and no one can say they did not get their time in court)
4) There are 6 submissions, the issue is whether they will be heard 1 at a time or as a group (my view, likely 1 at a time)
5) Unless there is something drastic wrong we will win,
6) The whole process will cost a lot of money and support the legal system in Sweden,

Talga has prety much told us this would happen by having the last capital raise.

This is a process of its own, equals more delays. The question is how long ?

If we are told 6 months it will be a year.

Please understand I hold shares in this and would love it to go up !!!

Just my view, judges do not judge, they are directors of traffic !!!
