I fear the number of staff is a negative rather than positive.
Maybe they're attracting/maintaining them because they're paying too much for their performance.
Acquisitions/integrations should lead to culling of superfluous staff, not adding to them (until organic growth deems necessary).
High revenue + lots of staff + high salaries = poor margins.
If they can't grow customer base and margins by a significant amount with current staff levels I think we're doomed.
