The only thing that is relevant now is what value another company puts on the current business and the future potential of the business.
There is no doubt the company will either be merged or sold or someone takes a controlling stake.
They have stated this CR is fully subscribed. So they have time to keep operating and keep recruiting new sites until a deal is made, sometime in the next few months, I would suggest.
