A quarterly report is a summary of that has occurred in the quarter. A DFS did not appear, and using the quarterly to throw in more delays and changes to strategy is extremely poor form.

It was good enough to announce commencing the DFS process with its own announcement some 16 months ago, but not what can only be described as a complete shift in direction on the outlined DFS plan.

They are likely trying to game the market too, if the DFS was looking pretty ropey on clarity and poorly put together, then to release into a poor market for the Li sector could have been disastrous. Even JP is not foolish enough to piss on his own doorstep given his holdings.
