Yes the big plus you highlighted is the reduction in staff costs.
They are doing what they said they would do at the end of the last Q.
It was a line in the sand with no more freebies, focus on costs, management realignment.
As Matt has stated the numbers will get our respect back as a growth stock and everything else is noise !
