I agree it's personal (as well as political) with Yeo and Chang.
They were perfectly willing to reneg on an invitation to set up and operate the LAMP including the front half C&L. I see no reason why they wouldn't repeat the favour if we repurposed the front half C&L to process Malaysian material.
Especially high Th material.
SMSL would go ballistic too making it political poison.
Best cut our losses and expand elsewhere, using as much of LAMP as we can.
