Diamox
Topomax
Wegovy
My opinions from what I can find
Diamox - severe side effects
Topomax - side effects as well (not as effective as diamox)
Wegovy - mixed review (used for weight loss)
See below one person recommends it however comments indicate that its only for weight loss and headaches/pressure are still present
