Thanks Bobblar and joe wolf for your information. Could not find China Pharma Holdings listed on the top 20 shareholders of the previous 2 years Annual Reports of either Quantum or Paragon. They must have sold their previous holding, but have done a rethink on Paragon, and how it might fit into their future expansion plans.
