I do recall it was you who failed demonstrably when asked to substantiate why you believed Tim Spencer was supposedly pursuing funding, so I can understand why you’d be so quick to accuse others of the same - the difference here, however, is your inability to simply acknowledge if you’ve read the scoping study or not.

And given it seems to suggest you haven’t, you need to explain how it will serve any purpose for me to “substantiate” anything to you if you’re not aware of the contents of the reference I’m going to be using to do so.
