Well then they would have to have a great case because Talga will ask for costs when the appellants lose.
Talga has ensured it has done the right things environmentally and Sami wise.
Its just not the right time in history to be against environmentally friendly mining.
The Supreme Court are likely to award costs against the appellants to discourage frivolous appeals on future National interest mining activity.
No problems at all.
