This is a business in decline, not one in growth.... Where to begin?? Debt to equity conversions, capitalising interest, mothballing operations, lenders in total control, lease cashflows (operational) hidden in financing flows ff_ s...seriously...suppliers havent been paid, staff getting cut, cashflow being propped up by deferring all other payments...get a balance sheet n see movts in payables...list is endless...luv how they release this after mkt close!! Zero fwd guidance, continual promise of improvement that nvr eventuates, every "on season" cashflows (again artificially propped up via lack of payments) dwarfed by "off season" costs and basically a broken business model....!! Normalise the WHOLE YEAR and they prop up cashflows with borrowed money and deferral of payables!! Seasonal my derrier!! And the "strategy" they come up with is to open even more unprofitable stores!! There is zero facility left to utilise and how will they ever pay the $50m in bank loans let alone to >$200m in payables (and growing with deferrals) with negative cashflows??!!
