I would hope they put more pressure on board and independent experts not to recommend takeover price. And hopefully bring out a higher bid or another player. (deal has to be recommended by IE report). They were very vocal on API deal. Maybe they are just here for the arb? But I don't see much in it when you take into account $0.10 dividend that would be paid.
