There us a osychologigy that develops as any movement into the 60s recently have meant a pull back. Mid 60s is a heavy congestion zone. Stock needs to gradually move out if this trading pattern and breakout for confidence in sp to return. There is alwats the fa but there I a technical side of the sp movements that requires alignment.
