    With the upside of FP it just doesn't make sense to raise money at these low prices.
    We all know how oil companies love predicting hydrocarbon amounts: "upside of 7mbls oil, 50 bcf etc etc". Why not just ATTEMPT to suggest what lies in this new play just to get the share price moving and then raise capital?
    It has to be at the very least, a very progressive opportunity...
