Jesus Christ mate, it doesn't take much to deduce where he came from. When Andrews gets out of his car the first thing he's going to think is where the kid came from, and it would take two seconds to figure it out. His comment about how he 'came out of nowhere' is a typical reaction when an accident happens and it reflects what he was thinking at the time. Stop trying to read something dastardly into every thing he says, it only makes you look ridiculous.
