I like to look at the actual share price rather than engage in hypotheticals dreaming about the share price suddenly and miraculously increasing this year to levels not seen in years. I've never heard Warren Buffett going all dreamy eyed and throwing the facts out the window, nor should we.
I think it's better to engage on the facts. Note there is no Chairman, and I recall someone saying on here with some authority that the existing large shareholders will rubberstamp whatever management proposes. That's as close to game over on the VMT share price until they move on.

For scale - VMT's current market cap is about $100m.
