If the government is smart enough, it would pursue and publicise this matter to get at the 'big miners' like xtrata in the current debate over the RSPT.
I believe that algo trading is more of an immediate threat for small cap miners rather than RSPT, given that the RSPT will not exist in its present form or that the govt will be thrown out.Cusox
