the issue isn't the just the volume of share issued, but the price. There are 3 proposed prices, $0.0725 (50% discount), $0.145 (value at timepoint of proposal), $0.29 (100% premium of proposal).

The biggest negative price catalyst would be the raising of capital being challenging due to lack of interest. You would hope share holders vote with their brains and decide to go for the raising at either the fair value (14.5c or premium 29c).

There is also the dilution effect. 10% raising will certainly see the share price slide slowly downward should material announcements not follow shortly after.

Given these funds will be used for well development, price stabilising or price increasing announcements should follow in due course.
