like most parts of Richmond Vic...most houses there are the size of a big dog kennel....I could not imagine attempting to live in anything so small and ugly....you could not swing a golf club in the living room....most of inner Melb houses were simply tiny little workers cottages....
I have no idea why anyone would view them as desirable....
anything worthwhile, like a double fronted Victorian, or double story version are over the 2-3 million mark....
One should only consider the new, or very old, larger units...you see dotted around Toorak....
or head out further to the outer suburbs, to find an average larger normal sized house.....not an ugly little workers cottage.
