    HMX only interested once CNB found something. Dan could have been drilling there the past few years but didn't see reason too. HMX dropped the ball on Mt Hope area. As for the boundary they literally went back to the pegs in the ground. Can't see any possible reason that HMX get any compensation ect.

    Of course my view is biased but so is yours. The matter is resolved, only HMX feel that it isn't but a ruling has been made.
