I still think they're a no brainer.

What happens if Toliara all of a sudden disappears? What is the company's balance sheet worth then? That's your floor and then the probability of Toliara happening multiplied by the return plus the balance sheet should be the expected return on an investment

There is ambiguity here, but the salient features say buy/hold IMO
