Seems pretty straightforward to me. I have read the announcement and come to the following conclusion. 1) we support the resolutions and we are still in business with the possibility of better times ahead. or 2) We all vote against the resolutions and assuming the 'no' vote gets up, we are out of business with a total loss.
I like the situation about as much as anyone, ( I've been a large shareholder for 5 years now), however, we don't have any choice, imo, but to keep on supporting the company and hope for better times ahead. Isn't that why we bought shares in the first place?
