    It means that whatever sale orders PharmaAla had at the signing of the letter of intent with VIT in February 2023, will be transferred to Cortexa (a JV owned 50:50 by VIT and PharmaAla) who will then continue to supply Australia with products for various clinical trials importing from Canada until facilities are set up in Oz for production here. Cortexa will therefore be supplying Australia via IHL et al.
