You seem very upset GH, and always at the ready to stick another 'dagger' into me. Why do you attempt to distort my truth GH? I have in fact disclosed a number of times I did SELL out of the stock well before the Vol. Suspension. Perhaps read my posts, again. There are irreconcilable differences in key areas as I state in my posts that date back to Q3, FY22. And yet here we are...

I was in fact expecting an earnings downgrade when the company went into a trading halt, the Vol. Suspension was a surprise as it was to all shareholders.

I, like all shareholders (though i no longer hold the stock) continue to seek the truth, because I want to know how this company has all of a sudden started to capitulate, and why THIS BOARD has not been able to disclose key information to its shareholders that I discovered that raised so many alarm bells, so much so I was forced to SELL out of the stock as a result. I do not hold a position in this stock any longer, but i do want to know why this company is in the position it's in, which by all accounts is of course is a serious matter for all shareholders.

So you are fully aware Groundhog2, I also submitted a number of complaints to ASIC when i was a shareholder including a complaint of what I witnessed at the last AGM at the Celtic Club in Perth. All shareholders have been blindsided with no information to tell them why they have not received a HY23 report, again what is wrong with the report? I want to know.

So I will continue to ask questions & I am writing this up as a case study. Continue to throw daggers at me all you like, I will continue to seek the truth of what is going on inside X64 because all my IP indicators and now my instincts tell me something is amiss.
