I agree no conspiracy here, there are simply more sellers than buyers, one perpetual poster is missing lately, I suspect it is him who is selling currently and maybe others as well.
The market doesnt like companies with no revenue that are short on funds and IMO a director putting up 600k is kicking the same can a bit further down the road. If they can get funding for the next 12 months sorted I am sure the sp will recover and people like myself will start buying again.
