In my view, the "old" boundary on CNB's plans does not show that the rectangle belonged to CNB. It is not part of ML 90240 - that is my interpretation. This is also stated in the details in the ASX announcement of 14 February HMX. The new boundary has a different layout than on the old plans of CNB. As I see it, the white rectangle was not part of ML 90240 - not even in CNB's plans. In the new boundary, the rectangle was moved to the right and downwards and a not inconsiderable part of HMX Land was lost. So from my point of view, it's not clear at all. We can argue about it now. Let's wait for the written justification.
