The word you're looking for is dispatchable. Hydro and gas provide readily "dispatchable" electricity.

A bit worried about the red close today at 17c, as this is a close below the 8d EMA. My only caveat is that the vol is not super strong but the MACD is looking close to the signal line which worries me also. We really need a good green close this week/ tomorrow to allay any fears I have. Boy, am I going to be pissed if something is further delayed at Walyering!!!
The bit about Walyering being dependent on STX & APA in the last preso keeps ringing in my head!!! Sure hope I am totally wrong!!
