Regardless of what people think of the buyback it was definitive by management.

Now we appear to be in a undefined position with unanswered questions.
Can the BB funds accelerate any of the programs?
Can the BB funds add a new program? does a new program increase distraction?

One of Warren's 12 Tenets of business was capital allocation of surplus funds.
Increase dividends or Buy Back of shares improves SH value.
I'd like to know where the BB money is going?

I agree BB is an unusual move for an explorer/research company with no revenue.
However, they set the programs and had more than enough funds to complete them.
The economics are good if you consider a BB at around $2 and then cap raise at say $10 or more.
Just that example is a 5x return on the money if the Cap Raise was for the same number of shares that have been bought back.
i.e. spend $4m on BB and raise another $20m later on.
