so we have $1.2 and KWR have $1,6 cash.. about $2.8 less what both companies are spending this quarter. not enough to keep doing nothing with no progress. hate when companies in effort to save money end up delivering nothing and then wonder why can't raise anymore..
obvious this deal needs to get settled and we rattle the tin for some bigger licks of money to get things moving. there won't be any cash from the JV KWR are doing it appears until next year and we obviously have a lot of work to do.
I hope we aren't just "exploring" to try get get some magic high grade hits to try and get a re rate. I think the market is smarter then that at moment (Ie no dumb money followers) and people only want to put money in something where they can see a solid plan .
still believe this could be a multi bagger if comes together.
