Is 21.5 cents the lowest under SPP?, page-4

I have a graphic - a screenshot of the relevant rule with the words of exception 5 on it that shows, in my opinion, that on the wording and the logic 21.5 is the lowest.

The graphic is being prevented from being posted for some reason. But think anyone else following the links is likely to come to the same conclusion.

I'm not much interested in day trader or revenge-poster comments - but I do think that it matters if the lowest price share holders already holding can actually get is 21.5 when there is sort of a suggestion they could get cheaper - unless they do the calculations and read through the provisos.

My impression is this raising was clumsily done. The SPP still has an incorrect date in it - 17th of april not 19th of april in the dates or glossary at the backof the booklet (17th was the original plan - 19th was what they went with - like they discovered some extra words were needed to limit the lower price as per 7.2 exception 5) - like they were making changes and reacting to stuff and some details slipped through. Just my opinion.
