Interest rates are normalising and are just on the long term average. They are still negative in real terms.
Commercial lending will continue to Increase IMO. There 700,000 reasons this year alone for this, aka immigration, that will require commercial services and products to be provided to them to live and thrive in their new home, which are yet to be built.
