The quarterly mentions the $9.8m spend mainly related to clinical trials, R&D, and staff expenditure. The last update I can find of the clinical trials progress was Nov 2022 which looked like this:
All studies had finished recruitment and were in the process of imaging in November (including University of Miami which has now signed a deal with 4DX, so you could assume the study there is close to completion, if not complete). We're a few days out from 6 months since this update, I think over the next two quarters we'll see costs associated with the clinical trials shrink as study sites close out.

If R&D costs (clinical trial costs are lumped under this line item in their cash flow statement) reduce in tandem with customer receipt growth, the currently estimated 4 quarters of cash runway will extend slightly and give the company more time before a CR would be necessary.

My guess is they will let the current quarter play out, and based on customer receipt growth in Q2 along with an updated R&D expenditure, look to whether a CR will be necessary in Q3 of the calendar year.
