I agree that the new candidates need to show their hand, although i don?t expect this to be done until much closer to the EGM. Why would they give drongo any more time than is required to waste our money slaging them off. Here?s a bloke on the one hand trying to arrange a deal with a ?regional Company?, and on the other hand talking down the value of their prized asset? As for his claim of a unanimous board decision, I think this is crap. I believe JC lived & breathed (& believed) in ATC, otherwise, why would he be the only office holder to take part in the last CR! As for him jumping, in my opinion, I think he would have been pushed kicking & screaming.
As for drongo?s candidate, how on earth could I vote for him? If I don?t trust drongo, how the hell could I trust his anointed one?
Keep in mind, all votes count. The 5.2% of shares mentioned in the EGM notice plus mine means their only needs to be an additional 43% of votes in favour of all resolutions to see things back on track.
