I know the market feels that way sometimes and yeah sure at times the depths are depending on accumulators / distributers, PNV was an obvious buy when David kept loading, however he did leave a sell signal.
PNV is a solid company and I liked the sales but it is all factored in for now, it got over pumped and now needs to find the bottom.
