Yes I agree lawyers may be gold digging the reason there is opportunity, and the opportunity.............................there is passionate indigenous people who will appeal every day of the week and the lawyer is try to gather support around that.

There was always going to be an appeal, in fact there are 6. The courts will always allow them to go ahead, just for the reason to exhaust the principal of allowing people to be heard, no matter how ridiculous.

The issue is given (and it is a given) the appeals go ahead how long to a decision ? How long to the hearing ? How long does the hearing go ? How long does it then take for the court to make a decision.

From what I understood there is then another court for this to be appealed to (for the same reasons it will be heard). So the issue is how long for that same process.

Then hopefully we have a favourable outcome.
