imo - Many holders are keen to exit the market and sit on the sidelines for a while until the Euro debt saga finds its legs. I'd imagine some were waiting for first oil to sell and others may still be waiting for flow rates before they sell.
I do believe there may still be a few sellers out there hoping to take advantage of the recent news and future near term news to maximise their sale price.
Once they are out i think the SP may start to push up in a sustainable UP direction.
