Management have had no idea about the strategic value of this asset to the majors, and probably still don't.

Perhaps you should contact your fellow holder, MIN, directly?

Perhaps Min don’t want to pay the 58 cents, they supposedly paid in acquiring their stake, for the remaining 80%.
