FDR, the Directors have not sold the assets etc. The Directors do not control the company at present and have not since November 2008. The company is in Liquidation and under the control of the Receivers and Managers, Ernst and Young. Their last circular to shareholders was reported to the ASX on 16 May 2010 and you can view it on this link http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20100416/pdf/31ptn1trf22982.pdf
It appears there may be a hope of a recapitilisation in 2011, which I imagine may mean there may be some hope for any shares to have some value. All may not be lost, but I for one will not be holding my breath on this, or expecting any great value on the current shares!
