I personally don't see a buy at any price. They are losing money, their AISC is too high, there will not be any money for Vic work in the foreseeable future. Management have proven themselves to be inept and they have shafted shareholders multiple times. Historically they have had their ups and downs but it looks like the chickens have finally come home to roost.
