Tom is a great guy and put so much into this company that he is justified in feeling upset. He had the long term view and will now feel failed purpose.

Yet, in the end he listed it publicly. In the end he would be shooting himself in the foot by holding out to the point the company is delisted, with his share holding trapped. He would be shooting former staff, his loyal shareholders and many people he cares about to do that.

The deal Peter engineered was all script. That is the key as Tom and other shareholders who got in at a higher price can participate in the field (allbeit remotely for Tom) via RMS. If they want to move on they can sell down in RMS which is liquid. I feel for Tom; genuinely. Yet I had to see the bigger picture given the circumstances we all found ourselves in.

Market dynamics and social issues dictated that large shareholders wanted this course of action. Now it is in motion the only sane course is to take the offer and move on to greener pastures. That is easier said than done for Tom I am sure. I made a second round of healthy profits thanks to Peter. It is harder for shareholders in at 50c+ and for Tom. I think he is mature enough and smart enough to get over the emotion and do the best thing for shareholders now we are in this situation.

    Not much else to say.
My sentiment is "hold" and "held" as my remaining account holding is not converted to RMS yet.
