    The challenge is the high throughput rate....a consequence of the low grade in the head feed.
    By now the wcp should be pretty well settled, tuned and achieving runtime targets.
    The grade recovery curve will be discussed.
    95% hm in the hmc is the bit that will be "flexed" if they continue to not achieve target (lab testwork?) recoveries at the wcp.
