It is indecision currently. The smart people won't wait till the rush or the mob mentality. The chart is an indication only and like the GPS it is use best for navigation in difficult times. It is better than moving blindly. What better assistance is we have the fundamentals right, the chart is to help with the timing?. You Earthworm2468 have just sold out and now you announced you have just got back in. Why get back in now? It appears to coincide with my comments that this is the best entry point for a trader.
