What is the story on the note, if any shares are issued at a lower price then the QVT/Sydcomp Shares are issued at that price? If that is the case and we see a cap raising at these prices we are toast.
Cummon Mark and Ken, don't let QVT sell the small investors down the river, it isn't just business its peoples lives.
