At the time SPX (CRO) had just over 660m shares on issue and a MC of about $4.65m.
It relied on the license from Appstab to resell its IP.
The transaction valued Appstab at slightly more than the then current MC of CRO/SPX.
Had the deal been completed in March 2020 as first intended according to the timeline in the announcements, the combined MC would have been circa $10.5m.
What's the inflated price exactly then??
