It's the minor turning point peak shown on the master time factor chart and then coming hot on the heels is the next minor turning point up again- also shown on the master time factor forecast chart. It does not refer to a straight down affair:)

I'm sorry, so far, I haven't done any other time studies or cyclical studies with the express purpose to find out whether there are other incidental occurrences around or on the same date such as time clusters, or projected cycle lows and tops, squaring of time and price etc...so that we can give more credence to those dates on the master time factor chart. Perhaps others who are monitoring XJO with other time price studies are in a better position to comment and give their views.
